The Full Story

Joshua A. Brown was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. Graduated from North Central High School and immediately swore into the U.S. Navy on the delayed entry program. In February 1993, he went to Great Lakes, Illinois, to complete Naval Boot Camp. Upon completion of the 20 year experience, in 2013, with multiple commendations working in the Avionics and Power Plants, retiring at the rank of Petty Officer First Class (E-6)

He pursued a continuation career in aviation and went to the Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Indianapolis finishing his training with a 4.0 gpa. However it wasn't his calling, so without maintenance in mind, what would he do?

​

He started at Ivy Tech of Indianapolis taking non-stop classes and working his way to a 3.4 gpa and the

 successful Associates degree in Visual Communications then onto IUPUI to complete the

Bachelors degree of Media Arts and Sciences with a focus in Video, but still he wasn't done with his education.

Returning to school only a few short years later, he graduating from IUI with his Masters In Education for use in the Secondary Level in 2025.
